The location is AMAZING and awesome, close to the chandigarh airport. It's just a pleasant stroll away from Sweets Time, spent evening there.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with the windows cant open and quick services, for instance as expected. The breakfast was great, the check in was smooth. The hotel's position was stunning and awesome, just next door to fountains and water cascades unfortunately poorly maintained, market, mall, bus stand & Airport, and the restaurant in Velvet Clarks.

The breakfast was satisfying, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful with any needs we had during our stay.

Text: The complimentary breakfast at Velvet Clarks Exotica was absolutely delicious! The variety of dishes and the quality of food exceeded my expectations. The staff at breakfast, especially Manjeet, was incredibly attentive and made sure our dining experience was wonderful. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the rooms shining and well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast spread and cleanliness. I had a great stay at Velvet Clarks Exotica.

The location is definitely not the best but the Front Desk Manager makes up for it with his helpfulness and kindness. The rooms are pleasant with functional facilities like AC and windows that open. The buffet dinner was a nice gesture and the variety and quality of food were both excellent.

Some guests complained about the poor treatment from the management and staff.

there weren't any nearby restaurants, so we had to rely on the hotel's dining options, which were quite expensive. it was not the best experience for a Christmas vacation.

Celebrated New Year with family and had a great time. Location was central and easy to reach. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the complimentary drink on arrival.

The noise level, as it was a busy time of year and there were a lot of guests around. But overall, the experience was really enjoyable and we had a great time.
